Ordered product does not meet your need?
You have 30 days for a free return.Report the return, providing all the necessary information, and then the customer service department will arrange the date of receipt of the return parcel by the courier at a time convenient for you. Products in their original packaging should be put into the shipping box to protect the returned product from damage. The courier will stick the label on the day of the agreed receipt. Your return will be processed as soon as possible. 

  • You can return products unused and in the condition in which they were issued.
  • Hygienic and personal use products are not returnable after opening the packaging for hygiene and health reasons. In order to guarantee that each customer receives the highest quality products, it is not possible to return such products. 
  • Digital products are not returnable due to their nature.
  • If you want to return a product purchased in a set (option “buy in a set), you must return the entire set.
